I upload several photos to my instagram account almost every day. I am sure you know that you don’t need a glam squad and a photog to get a really great mens bomber jackets photo– like when my parents and I go on all those adventures, she’s my photographer! Here are some tips to achieving an amazing shot of your outfit of the day.

LOOK FOR THE PERFECT LOCATION

I prefer to take all my outfit of the day pictures in front of plain walls. This keeps the focus on my clothing, keeps my feed cohesive, with plenty of coordinating tones and colors. It appears as though it needs plenty of effort but it’s really not. Keep your eyes uncovered, chances are there’s one inside walking distance of your house, school, and work.

LIGHTING

Even if you have the whole picture organized down to the features, lighting is very essential. Natural light is perfect for #OOTDs and selfies too. I prefer to have the light in front of me and try to evade having several shadows on my face.

PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT

Achieving the perfect pose can be really hard. I prefer to practice in front of a mirror so I know which poses looks perfect for each outfit. Try to take note of the poses that make you look and feel your prettiest. Learn your best sides and most favorable angles.

DO NOT ALWAYS STAND UP

It is not forbidden to sit down, so try a seated pose some time. I particularly prefer them since they make my legs look slimmer and longer.

CAPTURE PLENTY OF PHOTOS

Have someone who is taking the images keep capturing all while you’re making tiny or subtle movements. This will provide you a great assortment of images and poses to pick from.

Painting Technique You Must Try.

  • Watercolor
    Watercolor is a popular painting technique in which a painting is made using watercolor on paper. It may seem like an easy painting technique, but it requires a lot of concentration and a surefire hand, especially since mistakes are difficult to fix. In contrast to gouache, watercolor paint is always transparent. This transparency gives the works of art a soft appearance.

 

  • Collage
    Collage is an art form and technique where paper is cut or torn into pieces and glued to a sturdy piece of paper or cloth. The recycled materials are photos, pages from magazines, newspapers, posters or drawings. Many people add paint to their collages to create more depth. Making collage is an easy technique that is accessible to everyone!

 

  • Airbrush
    Airbrush painting is a unique modern technique, in which you use a sprayer that works on air. You need a small compressor to use the airbrush. The airbrush is a small syringe, but it can still process various types of ink and paint. The small sprayer allows you to paint in great detail. This makes your paintings extra realistic.

 

  • Glaze
    Glazing is a technique in which you apply a transparent layer of paint to an opaque layer of paint that has dried well. This technique allows you to create much more depth on a painting. The colors on your canvas are more alive. This is because the light shines through the glaze and reflects off the underlying colors. It therefore seems as if the color of the painting changes when you look at it from a different point of view.

 

  • Alla fine
    Alla prima is also called Nat in Nat Painting. With this technique you don’t first mix your colors on a palette, but on the canvas. All layers of paint are applied through and over each other, without letting the layers dry. This gives you more natural transitions and you have more possibilities to correct, because you can move the paint very easily.

 

  • Painting matter
    When painting material you work with materials that you glue into your work. Here you mix your paint with clay, sand, foam, cardboard or other materials. The challenge is to melt these materials together into a whole. By using materials, your painting gets more depth and it becomes extra lively!

 

  • Tampon
    Padding is a painting technique in which the paint is applied in a tapping motion with a special brush or sponge. It is a very playful technique, with which you can create a beautiful painting in a short time.

How To Draw In Microsoft?

Although word is purely a writing program, you can insert individual symbols and draw your own sketches. 

Basic instructions: Drawing in Word

After you have opened your Word document, click on the “Insert” tab.

Select the menu item “Shapes” there.

You can only choose from several pre-made shapes. To place a shape, click on the desired representation and drag it with the mouse in the document to any size.

With the sub-item “Lines” you can select the “Sketch”. This enables you to draw freely. However, as soon as you release the left mouse button, you have to select the shape again in the menu.

If this drawing function is not enough for you, you have to resort to a drawing program. There you create your drawing and insert it as a picture under “Insert”> “Pictures” in your Word document.

Tips for drawing in Word

When you insert the shapes, they are by default superimposed on any existing text. However, if you want the element to be behind the text, for example, click on the shape and select the “Format” tab. There you can determine the arrangement under the menu item “Position”.

Under the function tab, you can also set how the shape or drawing should be designed. So you can adjust the colour, lines and contours there.

If you are using multiple shapes and you want to avoid having to place them individually in text, create a drawing area. You can also find this under “Insert”> “Shapes”> “New drawing area”. This drawing area can be formatted and moved independently.

What can you draw with Word?

You can draw many different things with Microsoft Word 2007. Many auto shapes are stored in the program to make it easier for you to draw various shapes, drawings, arrows or lines more quickly.

On the one hand, you can draw completely normal lines, for example, to connect different words or lines with one another.

You also have the option of drawing various standard shapes, such as circles or triangles, to encircle different things or to indicate something specific with a triangle.

Of course, you can also draw or insert other shapes such as arrows, stars, legends or speech bubbles to make your art project more interesting and exciting.
